Comfort Food

Hi everyone! Today’s topic is going to be on food, but more specifically comfort food. The food that you can turn to when you’re feeling down.

I’ll let you know what mine is. It might sound weird to you, but its easy to make. Just FYI though, I DO NOT COOK. Unfortunately, my cooking skills are actually below average. I can cook the simple stuff, but nothing big. Okay, so my comfort food is ground beef, smothered in a gravy over steamed white rice. I like to add some sriracha sauce over it all. Although it’s my comfort food, it’s also one of my go-to’s when I have no idea want I want to eat. I may have mentioned in an earlier post that I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to food.

Sometimes, depending on the weather, my comfort food kind of switches. On rainy, cold days like today, I like Pho. Yum! On hot days, I enjoy a bowl of tarty, fruity ice cream. I think most people like ice cream though, during the summer.
